Its founder, Mailin Gonçalves, is the daughter of a Madeiran family and was born in Venezuela, with an academic background in Law and Administration. She brings with her a strong heritage of hard work, resilience, and family values, deeply connected to the island of Madeira and the construction sector.

After moving to Portugal around nine years ago, she began building a solid career in the real estate sector, accumulating more than eight years of experience, complemented by four years in the credit intermediation field. Throughout this journey, she continuously invested in her education and professional development, consolidating the skills that today support the quality and consistency of the service provided.

The creation of MG Global Homes emerged not only from a professional ambition — to do more and do better — but also as a true family project. A project supported by her closest family members, who represent the foundation, motivation, and balance needed to build something with purpose.
